Your sister was there at the shiva and all.
I did an orthodox burial and I have someone saying Kaddish 3 times a day. Guess I become religious at times like these.
Hope to see you. Coming to NY? Donna
I'M EMAILING YOU FOR MY BROTHER,JEFF FRANKEL, WHO SAYS HI AND WANTS YOU TO KNOW THAT HE THINKS ABOUT YOU AND HOPES THAT YOU ARE DOING WELL. HE IS DOWN IN FLA. RIGHT NOW, BUT WILL BE IN TOUCH WHEN HE RETURNS TO NY.
I remember your black dog, as well as Baskin and Robbins, movies at the Main Street theater and falafel/pizza at Shimon's. Also saturday dance class, Hebrew school and sneaking glasses of shnapps at someone's Bat Mitzvah kiddush.
You look great! Mazel tov on your new granddaughter! My parents both send their regards. I knew you moved to Belgium sometime after you were married. It sounds like it's been an exciting 20+ years since I last saw you.
I just heard from Wendy and your sister recently. It's really a blessing to be able to reconnect with old friends.
I didn't know Joey had passed away until I read it here. The last time I saw him was shortly after my son was born. Do you know if anyone keeps in touch with his sister Fran?
I hope someday in the not too distant future to come and visit you at the seashore in Belgium.
Take care,
Aliza
It's been so long. How are you? You look great, just like I remember all those years ago. Last time I saw you was at your wedding or shortly after that.
I'm sorry to hear about your mother. I used to drop in and see your parents back when my father still lived in Queens. But that had to be over 20 years ago.
Please say hello to Wendy from me. I don't know how we lost touch, but somehow we did. I have great memories of time spent with both of you, especially during our years at Hillcrest.

What did you do after High School? Is that when you went to Israel? I attended Cooper Union in the city and met my husband at one of my first jobs out of school.
What did you hear about Joey Sobel? I had suspected that he passed away, but never had it confirmed.
I do feel that this is a test of my memory, it does come back eventually, only very slowly.

I never left New York. Lived in the city and Brooklyn for years before moving up to Westchester when we started a family in 1992.
Pat was the woman you were referring to, Susan and I stayed in touch with her for many, many years. She moved up to Niagara Falls, and I visited her there a couple of years before she died.
Poor old Tipsy, we never took very good care of her. Our dog now is a poodle as well, although a standard and my sister has the half brother to our dog.
