PS 164 and right on through high school...gave us all the well grounded lives we have now. We were lucky to grow up in that neighborhood, with the schools, parks and shops...all part of the equation. I consider us the very fortunate ones. And as I said, I am still close friends with some of the kids from there. This web cite also rekindled a lot of old friendships for me as well.

I am in touch with many PS 164Q people and I am still close friends with some of them. I speak to Alan frequently and I will pass on your e-mail. Alan and I worked for TWA at JFK for many, many years. We are still very good friends.

I hope u remember me. My name was Debby (Deborah) Moin but now my last name is "Day". I have my PS 164 Q class picture, autographed by you and so many others. I was friendly with Ruth-Ellen Perlman, Karen Gang, the Schiff brothers, Rick Ginsberg, Stanely Eisen, Eric London, Bobby Farkas and that whole crowd of kids. I also had a large bunch of friends because I have 2 brothers....
I went to Parsons and then Jamaica, Queens College and later grad school. One of my friends from Jamaica High, I coincidentally re-met at TWA where I worked for a long time, with him. I spoke with him just yesterday and told him about this web cite. I mentioned some names on my class list...and he flipped when he heard yours. His name is Alan Campbell, and he said you guys go back to being roommates in Cedarhurst.....anyway, he wanted to get in touch with you.

Hi Lew, Thank you for getting bck to me. We must of known each other. Gary Gorelick was my first boyfriend. (lol). I was at all of those guys Bar Mitzvah's. Alan and I have spoken alot since we all got hooked up with Facebook. I know he was in NYC last week and went to a reunion they had. My friend Beth Paroff is very close with Phil and his wife. I have not seen any of these people in 40 yrs. Where did you live, in Regency? Did your wife come from Vleigh Place or elsewhere. I know she knew me. What was her friend Ronnie's maiden nam? Stu and I were friend's in the late 70's and 80's and going further on. I have not seen him in ages. It is great to hook up with you and reminish. Ann

I do not know if we had any classes together in 164, my name was Ann Hirschfeld. I lived near Vleigh Place. We did graduate the same yr. I see you married Meryl, do not remember her maiden name but we did know each other. The other reason I am writing is because, you are friends with an old friend of mine, Stu Shapiro. I saw your pics on his facebook and I just remember your face and Meryl's also. Holy crap, Bader. How the hell are you? Over 40 years for sure. Funny thing you ask about Vleigh Place. I have been in touch with lots of people in the past two weeks, and about a year ago I saw Kenny Kalisky. He was down here with his brother Eric and their wives and we had breakfast. How long will you be here in Coral Springs? My parents live in Tamarac which is the next town south of Coral Springs. There is a great Chinese restaurant we always go to in Coral Springs. I go see my folks every Sunday. I live about an hour away, in Miami, the Kendall area, if you are familiar.
