My bad... I don't check the site that often, did not see your message. Great to
hear from you though. Alot of memories stem from our times together in NYC. Over the years, have been in contact with Tiv, Bruce, Brad, and Mitchell. Living in SoCal these past 27 years. Practicing law since 1991, with the emphasis on "practice." I'm glad you made it out to San Diego, I have many fond memories of the city as I lived there for nine years. Now my wife and I live about an hour north in the OC. I may make a brief trip to NYC in the fall to see my Dad. Lost my Mom several years ago... she was something else.

Well, I might have seemed like that...I think I exuded a sense of self-confidence, especially after the Spelling Bee victories. But believe it or not, I was very confused for many years about my eventual career direction. The reality was that I did NOT want to go into optometry at that time because so many members of my extended family were in the eye field.
How did you eventually end up working for the federal gov't?

Hey, Duff. I do remember one time after you had moved away to Maryland. You came back to visit, and went downstairs to Regency Lanes while we were bowling in the league. That day, I had one of my best games...in the mid-200's, I believe.

Funny, Duff, after you brought that up about the Math Regents I vaguely remembered that and Manley's reaction. My daughter fights me when I make her memorize the multiplication tables and stares at me in disbelief when I tell her that math was my favorite subject. You look good, Stuart. (geez, I don't remember anybody but teachers calling you Stuart since we were 5). Its amazing the memories I have of us from early childhood playing football in your courtyard. You remember a kid, Richie Mitchell, I remember playing him 1 on one 1 football by your courtyard and everytime he would try to tag me i would pop the ball in the air so the tag wouldn't count. Still remember when you talk on Paul Cavaseno in that aluminum foil kill game we used to play at lunch at campbell's. Or pitching to you at QVAA, you could hit duffy.

Anyway, with regard to Steve, everything I heard about it was secondhand that I heard from Brad. It was a very upsetting story and the details were murky, just that it was really a tragic end.

I haven't spoken to him for a while (my fault) but Robby Sues lives near you now for the last couple of years, I wonder if you guys hooked up.

You know when you moved when we were kids, it was a big deal to all of us, you were part of our core group, and you were missed. Just so you know.

Hey, Duff. You are very welcome. I just figured you would appreciate reconnecting with everyone. I have a weird ability to remember minute details from certain events in the past. Another time, I'll throw some stories at you and you can do the same. If you ever are up in the central NJ area or even NY, let me know. Perhaps we could shoot the s--t over a drink. Like Mitch said, I believe Tiv knows the most regarding Steve Feinbloom.
