- About Me:
- I went to P.S. 164. My brothers Dennis and Kenan also attended this school. I believe they graduated this school and went onto Parsons. I, however was younger than them. I wound up moving to Amityville, Long Island. Then I moved to Setauket, Long Island. When I was seventeen my family and I moved back to Queens. I moved to Orlando, Florida, and then to Montgomery, Alabama. When I divorced, I decided to move back to Queens, New York. I was fortunate to go back to college. I became a elementary school teacher. I began working in district 27. I decided to put in for a transfer in the year 2000. One of my choices was P.S. 164, I told God that if he really wanted me back at Queens Valley School, then he would grant me my wish. I have been teaching at P.S. 164 since 2000! The circle of life has led me back to my favorite childhood memory! (My formative elementary school P.S.164!)

All is well here in Florida and glad to hear that you will be in 3rd grade again. How was your summer? Not to many people left in the school that I know. Guess retirement is catching on. lol Send my love to those that are still there. BTW Gail Wolin and Nancy Hagler were in Florida and we got to have dinner together. It was great seeing them again. Take care of yourself and keep in touch. I also sent a friend request on facebook to you. Sue
