March 23rd Update:

Several members have asked where to send reunion checks. For 10 months we talked about the reunion and posted hard deadlines for sending in payment. We eventually set a last date of March 15th for the acceptance of checks. We did this so the reunion committee is able to determine its budget and how to apply funds to food, entertainment, permits, insurance, security etc. Our position on this policy was to prevent a landslide of last minute checks creating an impossible task of organizing the reunion. Regrettably, we are not accepting any more payment.

It must feel good to all of you who organized the reunion to see all the interest, even though some of it has come too late for all of those people to be able to attend.I am sure everyone understands that you have to set some deadlines in order to make arrangements, but I hope you will remember that there has been "rolling admissions" to this alumni association (I only came across the site by accident in February 2009); I certainly didn't have 10 months to hear about the reunion, and I guess I missed the deadline notice. C'est la vie.
I hope that you who do attend have a wonderful time; I would really enjoy hearing about it afterwards on the website, which is a really fun place to visit. Thanks for all your hard work.

Are we allowed to walk through the building during the Reunion?
Or are we strictly confined to the gym (isn't that where the reunion is going to take place?)

Hello Yumiko.

Our reunion will be held in both the gymnasium and cafeteria. Additionally, we will have access to the hallways leading from the entrance to both locations on the first floor. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the rest of the building.
